The Fairfield Inn & Suites Livermore consistently receives positive feedback for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Recent reviews highlight the excellent service, particularly from the breakfast team like Elise, and the convenient location. However, some guests have experienced parking challenges and noise issues, requiring attention.
Room was clean, comfortable, well-laid out. Curtains did not overlap or otherwise allow you to blockout light thoroughly which was disappointing. Cheap motels have solved this problem. Lobby areas were attractive and comfortable. Loses a point for the poorly laid out parking lot and access roads. There are no access paths cutting through the planted areas between lanes of parking, so you have to wheel your luggage all the way to the end of a row and back up, or lug/drag it through the mulch (which is surely not intended). Zero thought for how the parking lot would function for humans, just the vehicles parked in it. Such poor design.
Very clean hotel with a super comfy bed that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The lady who serves breakfast was awesome, very cheerful and genuinely kind, which really stood out. There is not much around this location besides a gas station and there was a bit of a funky smell outside, but overall would definitely stay again.
I LOVE THIS HOTEL AND THE STAFF!! They are so awesome! My husband, friend and I were here for my husband’s birthday for a few days and everyone that I’ve come across were super friendly and warm. Elise is amazing! Love her energy in the morning and her accommodating to my husband’s dietary needs. Long has the brightest smile that you can’t help but smile with him and the GM Ray is awesome too! I told him about the Tv issue and that it wasn’t streaming properly. I’m not the type to complain or anything, I just wanted him to know so that the next guest won’t have to bring it up and he stopped at nothing to get it fixed during our stay. Would absolutely stay here every time I come into the city. Plus it’s close to a lot of wineries and Downtown Dublin and Pleasanton. 10 out of 10!
Everything was great! The room was clean and spacious. They did our request to have two cribs already set up in the room. The breakfast lady, Elise, was so wonderfully friendly and kind, and there was a good amount of choices for breakfast. No complaints at all!
UPDATE: I would like to update this review to say that Marriott customer care helped us resolve this issue and we learned from the manager that the problematic employee in question was fired. Thank you to Marriott for helping us! Absolutely garbage hotel employee Jessica ruined our stay here and we will NOT be giving any more business to this or any Marriott properties. My partner and I were trying to sleep and a group of people were talking so loudly in the lobby that we could hear it from down the hall. It was after midnight and my partner had already called the front desk three times by this point, asking them to tell the group to quiet down. We couldn’t sleep! So my partner went out to investigate and ask the group to be quiet. He found six belligerent old drunks who rudely told him they would NOT be quiet and that he should go away. When he continued to talk to them, without raising his voice at all mind you, employee Jessica had the gall to pull him aside and ask him to calm down. He was the sober one! But he was the one who she threatened to call the cops on, NOT the drunkards. THEN, she apologized to the drunks and brought them another bottle of wine! She tells my partner that the group can be as loud as they want all night in the lobby! More outrageous still, a friend of hers who was not an employee then proceeded to physically threaten my partner. This is how Marriott treats its guests. With unacceptable noise after midnight and physical threats from non employees. We left our room at 1AM because we could not sleep with all the noise the drunks were making and because of the horrible mistreatment from Jessica and her wierd friend. Don’t give this place or any Marriott property your business. Marriott should fire Jessica for failing to deal with basic after hours noise complaints, in fact encouraging the noise, and allowing her friend to conduct physical threats on her behalf. Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior all around.
Location convenient to my client offices and centrally located to other areas I visited before and after. The hotel and room was nice, clean and I felt safe. I didn't eat breakfast there so I can't speak to that but there are stores and restaurants not too far from the hotel to choose from. Water pressure was perfect and I always appreciate the added dark "makeup" wash cloth. They require to see your ID before issuing digital key so late at night, don't expect to be able to use the side entrances immediately from the parking lot.
Our stay was amazing. It was very clean, the room was fantastic and very modern. To top it off, the staff were so incredible. The young man who checked us in at the front was very friendly and helpful. The manager of the breakfast area, Elise was so kind and really went above and beyond to make our stay an incredible experience. She even sent us on our way with some snacks from breakfast. We will definitely be back if we are in the area!
Clean, new hotel with a very personable staff. Check in easy and friendly, nice attitude and atmosphere. Stayed 3 nights, would stay here again. Breakfast room managed by Elise was super enjoyable, she made you feel so welcomed. Highly recommend.

So I read other reviews saw saying negative things about the manager. I became a little hesitant but decided to try since I was exhausted and it was late right they’re right off the freeway. Best decision ever! Honestly if I hadn’t been woken up by the dang housekeeping knock they always find necessary at 9 in the morning it would’ve been perfect. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The staff is superior. They’re very welcoming every employee along the way greets you, omg the breakfast lady is one of the greatest people I’ve ever meant. Usually they could care less what’s available not her. she made sure everyone had their share of anything available that day she even made me fresh eggs. She sings amazing if you get the time to have breakfast and listen to her she sure brightens the day. A little ray of sunshine for sure ??. She sure made us feel welcomed in the breakfast area we usually just grab and go but we decided sitting and enjoying her company was best. The point for this review is don’t listen to the bad reviews on the other sites they’re amazing and worth every penny.
