Excellent Stay – One of the Cleanest Hotels I’ve Stayed In! From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew this was going to be a great stay. The entire hotel smelled fresh, looked immaculate, and was exceptionally clean. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the property in top condition. My room felt new and was spotless. Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day. There is a coffeemaker, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The complimentary breakfast was your typical self-serve hotel breakfast, but it had everything you need to start your morning. There was great coffee, fresh fruit, bagels, English muffins, cold and hot cereal, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, and plenty of other options. It was well-stocked and very convenient. The employees were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made the stay even better. I also used the small fitness center, which was perfect for getting in a workout. It was clean, well-maintained, and best of all, I had it all to myself. Overall, this hotel offers an outstanding value for the price. Between the spotless accommodations, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient amenities, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites Livermore to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

I had a late check out at 3pm made by the staff at the front desk. The day I was checking out housekeeping knocked on my door and when I opened it she just said "oh sorry", I told her I had a late check out at 3pm and she said "ok". Went about my stay trying to relax and when I went to start getting ready I had left my room to go get something and found out I was locked out of it when I tried to get back in! Housekeeping told me she reported me as not left and check out was 11am. She got someone on the phone and I was told 11am go to front desk. I had to wait while they were checking in others and then I was told I didnt have a late check out. Explained who I spoke to and what time and was told all was taken care of by that staff member. Finally got new keys and I just went and checked out. The customer service was horrible. When housekeeping reported me as not checked out which was after 11am they should of either came up to the room or at the very least called and let me know check out was 11 am and was I awair of that or did I need another night because it would of all been cleared up right then and there but instead they choose to do neither and just lock me out of my room with no contact with me at all! This used to be our go to place to stay but not anymore.

I found the hotel very nice and clean; the room, in particular, was clean, as was the bathroom.We would like to extend a special thank you to Emily from the housekeeping team. The attention to detail was incredible, and she always ensured we were well stocked with amenities. She was very professional and friendly

We had a great stay at the hotel Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Livermore. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable, but what impressed me most was the layout. I especially want to recognize Emily on housekeeping. She went above and beyond during our stay. It was clear she was extremely busy and handling a lot at once, yet she maintained a warm smile and a genuinely kind attitude the entire time. She helped me with small things sheets more towels and coffee but never made it feel trivial or rushed. Employees like Emily truly elevate the experience. I will say it looked like the team may have been short-staffed, as she seemed to be juggling quite a bit, but she handled it with grace and professionalism.

This is a beautiful newer hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The TV was big compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The bathroom is spacious and very nice with a slide glass door shower. We stayed in a king bed room on the 1st floor. The continental breakfast was very good with many options. Elise, the lady running the breakfast was very kind, helpful, and kept the dining area clean and fresh. It is a large welcoming dining area with multiple types of seating. The hotel is very close to large shopping centers and restaurants but tucked away on what seems to be a newer exit just to the east of Livermore.

Seems like a new hotel, staff is really kind, breakfast is good, rooms are big and great for work travel consisting of multiple weeks especially with the in room fridge and microwave. Pool is clean and crisp, gym is in great condition and seems new as well. I really like it here so far and plan on coming back again once my current reservation is done. Safe area, complimentary parking, no crime. I love it here.

Room was clean, comfortable, well-laid out. Curtains did not overlap or otherwise allow you to blockout light thoroughly which was disappointing. Cheap motels have solved this problem. Lobby areas were attractive and comfortable. Loses a point for the poorly laid out parking lot and access roads. There are no access paths cutting through the planted areas between lanes of parking, so you have to wheel your luggage all the way to the end of a row and back up, or lug/drag it through the mulch (which is surely not intended). Zero thought for how the parking lot would function for humans, just the vehicles parked in it. Such poor design.

Very clean hotel with a super comfy bed that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The lady who serves breakfast was awesome, very cheerful and genuinely kind, which really stood out. There is not much around this location besides a gas station and there was a bit of a funky smell outside, but overall would definitely stay again.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL AND THE STAFF!! They are so awesome! My husband, friend and I were here for my husband’s birthday for a few days and everyone that I’ve come across were super friendly and warm. Elise is amazing! Love her energy in the morning and her accommodating to my husband’s dietary needs. Long has the brightest smile that you can’t help but smile with him and the GM Ray is awesome too! I told him about the Tv issue and that it wasn’t streaming properly. I’m not the type to complain or anything, I just wanted him to know so that the next guest won’t have to bring it up and he stopped at nothing to get it fixed during our stay. Would absolutely stay here every time I come into the city. Plus it’s close to a lot of wineries and Downtown Dublin and Pleasanton. 10 out of 10!

Everything was great! The room was clean and spacious. They did our request to have two cribs already set up in the room. The breakfast lady, Elise, was so wonderfully friendly and kind, and there was a good amount of choices for breakfast. No complaints at all!
