The Hyatt Place Dublin/Pleasanton generally receives positive feedback, particularly highlighting its convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and recently renovated rooms with complimentary breakfast. However, recurring concerns include unreliable internet, issues with room temperature control, and difficulties with reservations and check-in procedures.
Average hotel. Clean & comfortable, and well positioned. Friendly staff. The breakfast is very basic and could do with upgrading. Oh, and bring your own toilet tissue…you’ll thank me later.
I live nearby and just can't get enough staycationing done at the Dublin Hyatt Place. Juli' recognizes me now and is simply beaming with enthusiasm every time we cross paths. I'd like to thank all of the staff and management here because it feels like home; being delightful, tranquil, clean and the food is delicious. Excellent value.
Stayed here with our family of 5. Easy, smooth check-in. Very clean and tidy throughout hotel. Friendly staff. Had one issue and called right away and got the help we needed. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Workers were on top on it! Superb location. Lots of convenient things around.

The entire staff, Matt, Nikki, and Carl we’re all extremely professional. I was made to feel at home welcomed and like I had a competent and knowledgeable staff that was able to help me. I had a complicated check-in due to a delay in my travel and I was able to be accommodated and they were able to do so without making it feel like I was a burden. I will definitely return here and recommend it to people.
Stayed there for 3 days and loved the experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast offered is fairly healthy, and the rooms are spacious and clean. I like that they offer tazo teas in addition to the coffee as well. There’s a cinema, a few stores and restaurants a minute away so you don’t really need to drive everywhere which is nice too.
We checked out of San Ramon Marriott because of their rude attitude and came here! Absolutely the best decision! We were greeted with kindness, offered complimentary breakfast, and they even made my husband fresh coffee! Perfect location, comfy beds, large rooms, with kitchenette. We will definitely return! Highly recommended!
Convenient location and pretty good place to stay for a business purpose. Front desk persons were nice to and even offered me a late check out without me asking.
Check-in was easy, and with the World of Hyatt app, one can check in and use it as your room key. Staff was cordial, friendly, and conversational and provided us with whatever we asked. Juliet was tops. There is ample parking with a $10 daily fee. The room was clean and cleaned every day. Their free breakfast was the best one we've ever had at a hotel. Many parts of the hotel were recently renovated, and we can tell by the new fresh smell. The room rate was very reasonable considering it's located near the bay area. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again.
Had a great stay here. Big clean room. Decent breakfast included. The pool looked nice. Housekeeping came daily without requesting it (like the good old days). Pricing was fair.
I booked a hotel for a business trip in the area, and immediately upon arrival on Saturday, I reserved a shuttle for the coming Monday morning. Monday morning I was up and ready to go to my meeting but no one is available for the shuttle service. I waited a few minutes before trying to reserve an Uber but ultimately I arrived late. I came across country for this one day and these people almost ruin it for me. Why offer a service if you're not going to at least notify the customer when it's canceled. When I mentioned the problem to the assistant manager, he offered to put some points on my Hyatt account, which totaled a worthless 1,000 points. Hyatt place Dublin/Pleasanton is poorly run and the people working there don't take what they do seriously. On top of that, the hotel is surrounded on three sides by more than 4 lanes of road, with a gas station on the other side. It seems like a quaint town, and it's a shame that this hotel is so poorly managed. Also, be prepared for a substantial tax fee added to your bill after checkout. I find it amazing that these people can't post the fees transparently up front.
