I am extremely disappointed with how my situation was handled by Ramon Gonzales. I was charged even though I contacted the resort within what I understood to be California's 24-hour cancellation guidelines. Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, Ramon spent more time arguing, including disagreeing with his own representative, than trying to help a long-time customer. I understand that the representative is also submitting a complaint regarding how this matter was handled within the company of Hyatt. What concerns me most is the complete lack of accountability and customer care. My family has spent decades creating memories at Hyatt properties, and we have invested a significant amount of our hard-earned money with the Hyatt brand because we believed in the level of service and integrity it represented. Instead of feeling valued as a loyal customer, I felt dismissed and treated without empathy. Customer service should focus on listening, resolving concerns fairly, and protecting long-term relationships, not simply enforcing non compliant policies without considering the circumstances. Because of this experience, I no longer feel confident continuing my relationship with Hyatt. Unless this matter is reviewed and resolved appropriately, I intend to cancel my Hyatt memberships and move my future business elsewhere. I hope Hyatt Corporate reviews this complaint carefully and takes the opportunity to reinforce the values of professionalism, accountability, and respect for loyal guests that originally made us choose Hyatt for so many years.

I've been a Hyatt member for nine years. The last three nights of noisy rooms, broken ACs, forced room moves in the middle of my stays, no pool towels, stairs falling apart, garbage all over properies, dead landscape, and miss labeled accommodations. I did not even stay at this hotel yet was double booked through their systems and not given a refund by the staff, they also refused to answer basic questions as to the legitimacy of their charge. Save yourself headaches and poor sleep, go to Marriot or Holiday Inn.

Unfortunately, in my experience with Hyatt, it was a soulless corporation that doesn't care about there customers any more than a lip service. We booked this stay months ago through hotels.com. Two weeks before we stayed my grandmother died, and the funeral was the day before our stay 3 states away. We contacted multiple hotels explaining the situation, jumping through any corporate hoops, and all of them provided us a refund. Except this hotel. What did this hotel do? "Sorry for your loss, but you booked through a third party, you have to go through them for a refund." Except hotels.com was the one who sent us directly to Hyatt. I even have an email from hotels.com stating that Hyatt was the one who rejected our refund exception. Is it so nice when you can hide greedy little profits behind a black hole of bureaucratic red-tape black holes? Honestly if they had just owned up to this and said that they were refusing an exception to their cancellation policy, I would have been annoyed, but not upset. But no, they wanted it to not be their fault, and they said their sorry so now their can pat themselves on the back and say they are so caring and kind.

Great experience, enjoyed my stay here for a week, landing directly from SFO Airport coming from India. Wonderful hospitality, prompt room service...spic and span maintenance and surroundings, very nutritious & healthy breakfast, for a diet freak senior like me...memorable sojourn...Thanks everyone for everything

Average hotel. Clean & comfortable, and well positioned. Friendly staff. The breakfast is very basic and could do with upgrading. Oh, and bring your own toilet tissue…you’ll thank me later.

I live nearby and just can't get enough staycationing done at the Dublin Hyatt Place. Juli' recognizes me now and is simply beaming with enthusiasm every time we cross paths. I'd like to thank all of the staff and management here because it feels like home; being delightful, tranquil, clean and the food is delicious. Excellent value.

Stayed here with our family of 5. Easy, smooth check-in. Very clean and tidy throughout hotel. Friendly staff. Had one issue and called right away and got the help we needed. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Workers were on top on it! Superb location. Lots of convenient things around.

I will definitely return here and recommend it to people.

Stayed there for 3 days and loved the experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast offered is fairly healthy, and the rooms are spacious and clean. I like that they offer tazo teas in addition to the coffee as well. There’s a cinema, a few stores and restaurants a minute away so you don’t really need to drive everywhere which is nice too.

We checked out of San Ramon Marriott because of their rude attitude and came here! Absolutely the best decision! We were greeted with kindness, offered complimentary breakfast, and they even made my husband fresh coffee! Perfect location, comfy beds, large rooms, with kitchenette. We will definitely return! Highly recommended!
