Extended Stay America Suites Dublin generally receives positive feedback, particularly highlighting the friendly and helpful staff, convenient amenities like kitchenettes and laundry facilities, and overall comfort for extended stays. While some guests appreciate the location and value, there are recurring concerns regarding inconsistent service and occasional issues with room maintenance.
Currently a few months into my stay here and I'm very satisfied. The transition to living here long-term has been smooth and 'all good' across the board. The staff is helpful, and they handle maintenance promptly whenever I place a request. If you need a reliable place for an extended period, I highly recommend this location.
Stayed here for 6 days and the experience has been pretty good. Sandhya at the counter was extremely helpful. Overall it’s a decent experience , hotel staff is good and location is great. I highly recommend There are little things they can do to make this from a 4 star to 5 star in terms of service though 1. When we came into the room , one gas burner was not working, the bathroom handle was broken and there was a vodka bottle in a shelf. They did fix this afterwards however it would be nice to have a good to go room after a long journey 2. There are small things they could go above and beyond to delight customers. I urgently wanted a quick print but the guy at the counter refused and I had to go 10 miles to get a print.
I travel for work and basically live in hotels. This is a great place. The rooms are good and the service is fantastic. I like to stay here when I’m working in the area. It’s always nice having a full kitchen and fridge with freezer.
Absolutely outstanding. The friendliness of the staff has truly made this feel like a home away from home. Every interaction has been warm, welcoming, and genuine — not just polite, but sincerely kind. They go above and beyond to help, remember faces, and make sure you’re comfortable. Their professionalism and positive energy set the tone for the entire property. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel not just like a guest, but like you belong.
I had an excellent stay at Extended Stay America in Dublin on Hacienda Dr. This location is especially accommodating for travel nurses and healthcare professionals, including the option for biweekly payments, which is a huge plus. The room truly feels like an apartment with everything you need, while still having the ease and support of a hotel. The staff were outstanding—very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help me with booking options for monthly stays for healthcare workers and even allowed me to rebook and stay in the same room, which made things so much easier during a busy work schedule. Amenities like breakfast in the morning and an on-site laundry room added to the convenience and comfort. My only very minimal complaint is that shampoo and conditioner need to be requested and the selection is limited, but that’s truly minor. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and supportive place to stay, especially for healthcare workers. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Horrible experience and if I could leave less than one star would. Slept in room 106 and above all night long till 1:00 in the morning and even later there was a occasional booming sounds and even bigger loud sounds as of something huge was falling onto the floor. When it began I waited some time before calling the office which I did and they said that others have been calling in also about the noise but they couldn't find out where it was coming from. I think it was a total lie and they did know and that they were probably renovating a room above me. Upon checkout the office manager asked me how my state was and I was honest with her and mentioned everything to her as I did here on this post. She apologized and said that if I am staying another night that she will take care of it. Well I called back later in the day to take her upon that offer and after the front desk clerk called her she then stated she never said that. I would never ever be staying here again even if it was free. The room space is nice but not worth the quality and money. Stay somewhere else in Dublin.
Overall 5 star experience. The staff and manager are very helpful. A good shoutout to Ley and Sandhya for being so kind, helpful and tending to customer needs. They are excellent customer service representatives. Rooms are great for the price, AC works great during summer and WiFi is enough for both streaming and gaming. If you stay here just know they offer spoons, forks, shampoo, toothbrushes at the front desk. Rooms are clean and I’ve never had any issues with them. I’ve only experienced one time where the shower didn’t come out hot but talk to the front desk and they will help address your needs.
Excellent Extended Stay — Safe, Clean, and Exceptionally Managed I stayed here for an extended period and was impressed by how well this hotel is managed. The manager Sandhya is professional and caring, making sure guests are comfortable throughout their stay. My room faced the back of the building, which was quiet and convenient since I usually parked there. I always felt safe, my car stayed secure, and I never saw or heard of any break-ins. The room was clean and well equipped --- full-size refrigerator, microwave, two-burner cooktop, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. The internet was fast and reliable, the air conditioning and room darkening drapes looked new, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The hotel is conveniently located near two shopping centers, including a Whole Foods Market with an excellent buffet offering three meals a day. It’s also a short drive to Pleasanton and Livermore. This stay gave me everything I needed — comfort, privacy, and independence. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-managed extended-stay hotel.
So when I originally checked I was in a bit of a hard spot like I'm sure most of the people here are. I have been here about 3 months now. I checked in with my stuff and my elderly dog. I was never made aware of pet fees and I wasn't charged anything extra so I thought nothing of it. About a month in the manager Tony did a walk through of my room, saw the dog, again I didn't hear anything about a pet fee. First off Tony has always been nice until recently. My main problem is with the employee Sandiya or Sandhya. I set up all my payment times with Tony and I've always paid. I noticed early on how rude Sandiya is. She never says hello she always just ask questions and stares at you. One time my tv remote wasn't work so I asked her for batteries. She said I will come into your room and show you. My daughter was with me and sleeping, so she said well let me know what time I can come into your room. I ended up just buying batteries from the store and it worked. Ever since that moment she started being even more awkward and rude and before. She has zero customer service ability. Then whenever she would be working when I would go outside to take my dog I would try to come back in the door and all the sudden my card wouldn't work. It's only happened when Sandiya was here. She would make it so I would have to go to the front desk and talk to her and she could ask me more questions again I always paid here. About 2 weeks ago the same thing happened I go outside my car doesn't work. I go to the front desk and she was here again. Literally the only rude person on staff. She then tells me oh I see you have a dog we have to charge you more for that. I reminded her I've been here almost 3 months and no one's ever told me about a pet fee. She added $300 plus to my bill, leaving me to unable to pay the bill unless I covered all the fees that popped up out of nowhere. I try to talk to Tony about it and he said there's nothing he can do I have to pay. I asked him I don't have any other options you said well you can either pay or you could just leave. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. It's unfortunate she makes this hotel look bad and is just plain rude obnoxious extremely nosy and in my belief a little bit racist. I spoke to other guests at this hotel and they always bring up how rude she is so I know it's not just me. I would not recommend staying here as long as she works here. Not to mention I work nights she calls my room every day asking me questions while I'm asleep and I repeatedly asked her not to. If Sandiya is here I recommend finding somebody else on staff to talk to cuz she will become obsessed with asking you questions every time she sees you. She is extremely rude and isn't this supposed to be the hospitality business, just saying. 9-16-25 Just as an update I have reached out to corporate and explained the situation. I was supposed to get a follow up on this situation by the operations manager. It's been 5 days now, zero feedback on rectifying this situation. The charges remain. Atleast the employee in question said good morning for the first time in 3 months...
The manager and staff members here are wonderful! They cater to your needs and are always kind and never bother you. This is a dog friendly hotel and my dog loves it here! It’s in a safe location with plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Me and my husband and our dog have been here almost three weeks and have had zero problems. This is the place to stay if you want a comfortable place with a friendly atmosphere at a good price! ?
