Liked the room. Clean. Nice having a coffee maker, blow dryer. The heat/ air worked nice. Big tv!! One matter. The bathtub floor was very slippery when showering. Had to hang on with my toes!! A small non slip mat left beside the tub to use if needed, or not would be good.

My mom and I stayed in Room 119 from June 24th to June 25th. We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was VERY clean and both the fitness center + swimming pool guest facilities were very well maintained. Ramita, Gabby and Maria at the hotel front desk reception were all very friendly, polite, customer service oriented and professional. They all went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had an AMAZING stay at this gorgeous hotel property.

This is my second bad experience I had with holiday Inn first they stole my AirPods and luckily I was able to track it down. Second time I booked my room too early and I asked the lady in the video if she could cancel my reservation she was extremely rude to me and called security on me when I asked her for her name because I told her she was being very unprofessional. I agreed to leave the property when security came to defused the situation. But i noticed I left my keys on the counter. I went back to grab my keys. She told security that she doesn't have it so I show security the video where my keys were on the counter. She still didn't want to give me the keys? I ended up calling the police then she got worried, pulled security outside. Gave him the keys. I have witnesses and my business partner with me the whole time I called the next day and spoke to Sonia she said we're not allowed to come on property until she figures everting out. I told her that if she doesn't handle the situation and manage her employees that I will report to corporate, and I asked for corporates number she said that I was threatening her and that she could no longer talk to me and hung up on me ( keep in mind Im a high value member) I'll be reporting this to BBB if corporate doesn't get back to me as soon as possible please watch this video and please Holiday Inn manage your team better I will no longer be coming there, and I will let my colleagues know to not to do business anymore with Holiday Inn if they don't fix this problem ASAP (I posted a video on yelp you can watch her name is rengeta or something like that)

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and functional, but very institutional. If you're here for jury duty or a conference, it's fine. Rooms are very small with no chair for relaxing. Nothing special for sure, but a good value

We hosted an event which was beyond our expectations! The Events and Catering department were 5 stars every bit of the way. Our guests were so impressed by the facility, service and they LOVED the food. Thank you Nancy for setting up everything exactly how we wanted it and placing us in a room that was not only beautiful and comfortable but we were able to invite some family back to sit and visit a little longer after our event. We were so happy with our entire experience!

The staff is always very professional and friendly, I especially enjoy the on-site restaurant and lounge. The recent renovations make the hotel very modern, this will always be my place to stay when traveling to the Bay Area. Karla always makes my stay more enjoyable and entertaining.

This is a great place to stay with very reasonable room and service by the team. Sonia received and provided me with check-in and very patience to give me the best information to make my stay comfortable. Paul was very engaging and we had a great chat during my checkout. The location was walking distance to the BART. Any staff I met was very helpful and try their best to make my stay comfortable. My suggestion is to consider noise minimization option for the rooms near to the highway.

Absolutely loved this place! I’m a singer with a residency nearby, so this will definitely be my go-to stay from now on. The service was amazing, and the rooms were spotless, down to the cutest little details, like a bow on the toilet paper. The location is also perfect, close to lots of stores and restaurants. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates, and at first I was told changes weren’t possible and that canceling would mean paying the full amount with no refund. Thankfully, I was transferred to the front desk, and Sonia was incredibly helpful. She quickly changed my dates and accommodated me without any hassle. When I arrived, Maria was at the front desk as well, and she was just as kind and welcoming. Highly recommend,great service, great location, and wonderful staff!

Conveniently located for a quick getaway from the chaos. Check in was easy and quick. My room was located in the perfect spot and check out was a breeze. Easy to travel to multiple eateries in the area with a variety of foods to choose from. The only hiccup was hearing all of the noise from the room next to me and when people were really loud walking down the hallway. Regardless of that I will go back for a quick getaway.

So the rooms got very cold, and I noticed the outdoor doors had been propped open on several occasions... the halls were freezing.. BUT, the hotel was great, the desk staff awesome and I can't say enough about Karla and Junior.... the BOMB!! So great l, nice , helpful. All around wonderful. The morning restaurant crew did a great job as well.... I only got Togo so no real interaction... Great place... hopefully next time I come back it will be warmer. ? The food morning and nite was very tasty.
