I stay here every time Im here for work. Even though its right off the freeway you dont hear the traffic. And it has always been a great relaxing experiance after a hard day of doing construction laborer work. They dont have a gym here, but they give you a gym pass for the one across the street. The convience of the gas station and Black Bear diner is at the front of the hotel. The staff is AWESOME!!! And breakfast is always ready to go at 6:30am. And has alot to choose from. ???

Website says they have cribs available upon request. We request the crib at check in. Front desk clerk looks confused and says they don’t have cribs. I call the corporate line. They claim the hotel is full (it’s not) and the two cribs they have are in use. It’s wildly shitty to claim you can provide a crib and then fail to provide it upon arrival. Corporate claimed someone from management would reach out. They have not. Also, you can hear live music from the restaurant next door. Do not stay here.

Stayed here for work. Decent hotel, nothing fancy but also clean and it felt safe as a woman traveling alone. Gisella at the front desk was lovely, helpful and accommodating on a number of occasions. Loved her! ? I deducted a star because the carpet needed to be shampooed or replaced. I wore sandals or socks most of the time.

My stay at the Best Western Danville was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was so kind and professional, which really made a difference after a long day of traveling. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very peaceful. I slept incredibly well and felt completely relaxed during my stay. The hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Danville. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!

I was surprised, as you may be, the rooms are cleaned just ONCE EVERY THREE DAYS. That’s how often the towels are changed, as well. Most of the food served for breakfast tasted like it was frozen then cooked for the hotel's guests. I didn’t care for the disheveled desk, clerks, either. I usually stay at the Marriott, 10 miles away. You'll be happier if you stay there too.

A very clean and well maintained older property. Laura is wonderful, Gizella is great too. I recommend if you're in the area.

Nice enough. Not walkable to the main street. Laura was very, very nice. Helpful as well. A family of three walked in and asked for an extra blanket and immediately helped them. Eatery next door is helpful. There is a gas station with a convenience store which is helpful also. If you’re driving, things are only 1-3 miles away.

Everything about this hotel is top-notch but one: The EV chargers. They are poorly maintained and either broken or malfunctioning. Do NOT attempt to charge your EV here; it probably will not work at all, or it could possibly fry your car's batteries or electrocute you.

Pleasantly surprised by our stay. We were impressed by how clean the room was and the continental breakfast. There was a good variety of food and several hot items to choose from. It was quick and easy to hop on a walking/bike path into town. -1 star because the hallways in the main building smelled old and kind of musty. This wasn’t an issue for us since our room was accessed from outside, but I think that would have bothered me if that wasn’t the case. Overall I felt very safe in the area and hotel and would recommend.

Check in is easy. Location to nearby chain eateries is obvious. I was booked into a room on the 1st floor/ no carpet. Also the bathroom/ shower had a medium towel to step onto. The big mistake! I could hear the person above me walking around. Kept me awake for a few minutes. Check out is simple, I looked for coffee and found a small pre wrap muffin. Should I stay at Best Western i would ask for 2nd floor.
