Extended Stay America Suites Livermore Airway Blvd receives mixed reviews, with guests praising the helpful and friendly staff, particularly Jackie at the front desk, and the convenience of the location near the freeway. However, concerns frequently arise regarding cleanliness, including stains in bathrooms and a lack of supplies, unreliable internet, and issues with refrigerator functionality. Age restrictions and inconsistent service quality are also highlighted.
Room was rly spacious and nice for the price. Fridge was full of trash and leftover food though, when I first opened it. Even paid internet is slow, wifi included In room price is unusable.
I do plan on staying here again while on business. Maintenance staff and front desk staff, Hem and Vaishali efficiently addressed a repair issue with room’s refrigerator, their is attention is appreciated. A possible flag for some guests lack of surveillance cameras monitoring hallways. Hotel location highly safe and tranquil. The exterior by the main entrance to the building gets often water hosed probably as a way to keep its clean image. The elevator is surprisingly fast. The existing washing machine’s “wash cycle” should be extended or lower the charge per use. Secondly, the absence of a filtered water fill-up station on site forces guests to drive down to grocery store or convenience store every time to purchase drinking water. The room’s tv programming is limited does have Showtime line up. The complimentary internet included can be unreliable, if you are heavy tasked on administrative work then maybe upgrade
The bathroom had some stains, but the front desk staff was very friendly. Note that you need to request shampoo, a hair dryer, and utensils from the staff. Breakfast is a simple selection of muffins, chocolate, cereal, or coffee.
I stayed at this ESA for six months while working long-term at a nearby federal government facility. The staff here are excellent. They have been kind, attentive, and responsive to any questions and/or needs I have. Furthermore, my room has always been cleaned on schedule and they have always been prompt is supplying me with fresh towels and sundries. And they keep the hotel and the external grounds clean and tidy. Even my wife commented on how spotless clean the laundry is. We have used the laundry multiple times and it has always been clean. If I must come back in the future to work again in this area, I will certainly stay at the ESA. Thank you.
We originally booked this hotel for 3 nights through Booking.com. Before booking, we specifically checked the age policy, and it clearly stated that check-in is allowed at any age. However, when we arrived, we were refused check-in because I am 17 years old — even though my brother is 20, and the reservation was for one adult and one child. This directly contradicts the policy that was publicly listed. As a result, we were forced to urgently look for another hotel late at night in a different city. The receptionist was very kind and tried to speak with the manager, and we appreciate her effort. But the manager decided not to let us stay. We were offered only one night “because we were already there,” which makes no sense considering we had booked 3 nights. We then had to cancel the reservation, and we were even charged a cancellation fee — even though this situation was not our fault. Hopefully the money will be refunded. If this hotel has age restrictions, they need to clearly state that in the rules. It is unacceptable to say “any age allowed” and then refuse guests upon arrival, leaving them to search for accommodation at night. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I do plan on staying here again while on business. Lack of surveillance cameras monitoring hallways. Hotel location area appears safe. The exterior by the main entrance to the building gets often water hosed probably as a way to keep its clean image. The elevator is surprisingly fast. The existing washing machine’s “wash cycle” could be extended to at least 15 minutes, or lower the charge per use. Secondly, the absence of a filtered water fill-up station on site forces guests to drive down to grocery store or convenience store every time. The room’s tv programming is limited and on the basic range at best. The complementary internet included can be unreliable. I have been part of a fire alarm procedure during my stay as inconvenient as this episode may have been, on the plus side I am glad this safety feature is functional as it should be throughout the building additionally first responders personnel showed up reasonably fast.
My stay was pretty good, overall. The staff was very pleasant, and the room was cleaned and well maintained. The only cons: 1). There was no coffee pot I have found in other places. 2). There was soap for the shower, but no shampoo. Other than these minor inconveniences I found it comfortable and accommodating.
This hotel for the price is one of the best extended stays that we have stayed at. Jackie, front desk is always the friendliest, caring, and understanding staff members I have ever encountered from hotel staff. We came in and it was busy, there was a line of people checking in and she was very accommodating patient and always has a smile on her face. She's hard working there's not a time when I don't see her busy. From doing the loads of laundry, checking in and checking guests out but she still has the big smile on her face no matter how busy and tired she is she, she treats each guest as family. Thank you JACKIE for all you do it's been a very difficult time for me and my family but you make things better. Thank you
Really excellent place to stay. the rooms have everything you need and were comfortable. easy off freeway location too. what made my stay really great was the evening front desk gal Jackie Lopez. she is friendly and helped with my many questions. I will for sure book again at this location
Ok stay. Jackie, the night shift employee was very nice and hospitable. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All bath/bed linens were stain free The only con was there was no place to sit outside.
