The room was clean and felt very cozy. Mistry at the front desk was great and provided excellent customer service. I would stay here again!

They lure you in with a picture of a gorgeous house and a vineyard! This place is false advertising! No love put into the rooms. No lamps, only 2 pillows. Abrasive Hospital lighting. The front desk man tried haggling me for a bigger pet fee and in cash! Walked in and looked at the room and walked right out. They didn’t budge on a refund whatsoever and tried keeping my cash pet fee! These people do not belong in the hospitality industry!

I booked a two-night stay but left after the first night due to unsanitary and unacceptable conditions. The room had unwashed sheets with visible hair, torn bed covers, dirty floors, broken taps, and a strong odor. I also experienced itching during the night, possibly from insect bites. The motel is managed by an elderly couple who handle housekeeping themselves, and there was no professional cleaning. I informed the motel of the condition and left early, requesting a refund for the unused night, but they have not provided reimbursement. The room was not fit for occupancy, and the service I paid for was not provided When I requested to cancel, the owner said it would not be easy to refund the money. I also requested bed sheets to be changed, but they were not provided. Additionally, the owner’s wife was shouting from inside, creating a hostile environment. Lately when i tried to reach him out regarding the refund , He spoke harshly denying the refund and hung up the call. All i want to say is this is the dirtiest motel i’ve ever seen. Plz do not book this motel amd spoil ur trip.

This was a very lovely stay. I chose this place randomly due to its proximity to family house nearby and I lucked out. The owners are very lovely, the room was tight, and clean, with a good internet connection. Food nearby with a brief drive was delicious, I had some awesome Thai, and slept well. The bed was comfortable. I will be traveling throughout California regularly and I'll keep this place on bookmark when I am in the area.

I stay here all the time when visiting the area. The neat little studio rooms are very clean, cozy and rather quiet. Gas station next store, Lucky's down the block and near down Livermore. Great price for a quiet get away.

The rooms were filled with toxic fumes. When I walked in I immediately felt the demonic presence surrounding me. My hubby Trever was floating in the air in the middle of the night. I felt roaches crawl past me as I went to bed. The day after I checked out I noticed my prescious baby boy dog was missing. I called the front desk to inquire about my baby boy but he was nowhere to be found and the man who answered was very hostile. He was rude and threatened to call the cops on me. Very bad customer service. My baby boy is gone and that man is a worshiper of the devil. If u find my baby boy please let me know. He responds to Bobbi or his full given government name Sir Aurther Roberto George Robert the 2nd (you don’t wanna know what happened to the 1st)

The Rooms Are Updated And Newly Remodeled, The Restrooms Are Clean, Nice Laminate Floors, Flat Screen Tv On The Wall, Refrigerator And Cofee Maker It's Got Everything You Need Well Worth The Price and The Parking Lot Is Safe And The Area Is Quiet.

Do not stay at this motel ever! It is the nastiest, dirtiest place I have ever stayed. They have no maids, either manager will clean them or pays $5 to have a guest or homeless person clean them. I say clean them, but that is because I don't have another way to put it. The bathroom showers, toilets, sinks, floors are disgusting. Sheets, blankets have hair on them. To top it off, it is infested with bed bugs. Last room I stayed in was 107 and I suffered numerous bites all over my body. They were n my hair, clothing, and I could not sleep because they were coming out of the bed headboard. This place needs to be put on blast because I do not believe these owners should be making money off this nightmare. Owner/manager Nick only accepts cash. Does not give receipts either. Obviously he knows he can be in big trouble if exposed.

This is the most disgusting place i have ever had. Hair in the shower and on the toilet seat. Shower is nasty and not cleaned. Bed bugs on the headboard and in the bed. Hair throughout the bed (on the covers, sheets, and bed it self.) Since i got the room through hotwire, i could not get a refund and so i lost out on $90 because i refused to stay in a place like that. The motel even has a sign posted saying they won't give refunds. I dont know how they are still in business
