Beautiful remodeled BW. The rooms and beds were very comfy soft clean & new. The breakfast was delicious. Waffles with whipped cream and homemade yogurt machine. I need one at home. The breakfast area was very clean and constantly restocked with more muffins and fruit. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff was friendly and professional. My wife and I greatly appreciated the amenities like the fridge, coffee maker, microwave and lots of shelving, including a shelf that seemed made for holding luggage. We also really liked that there was a locking bathroom room door, instead of a sliding door; and a fully shutting shower door. Also lots of ports and plugs for devices. The breakfast had a lot of options, including a waffle machine!

This place is clean, staff is friendly and not too far off the freeway far enough to where you dont hear the noise from it. Great breakfast spread. Def recommend this place foe a nights rest or if your staying in town for a few days.

After my previous complaint, I was reached out to and given a complimentary stay by the general manager. The new hot tub room was much nicer and well put together. Minor issues - the telephone wasn't working, the jets had dirt in them, and the water temperature was backwards. But this is one of the nicer hot tub rooms I've seen at a hotel.

Beds were super comfy. Nice big thick towels. Only comolaint was the wifi was spotty and there seemed to be a an issue with the YouTube on the tvþtff

BWP Vineyard Inn exceeds expectations and price value. Stayed here several times. The rooms are spacious and modern - they have electrical outlets as well as USB-A and USB-C outlets on both sides of the bed, as well as the very functional desk with a comfortable chair. Sheet and towels are high-quality, room is spotless and the shower is a stone-walled walk-in with rain-style shower head, so much better than a tub. Gym just got Peloton bikes, though I didn’t try them. Previously used the nice outdoor pool. Free breakfast has a surprising number of choices - scrambled eggs, pastries, several cereal choices and milk options, waffles, yogurt, fruit.

Best shower pressure ever for a deep clean after a hard days of labor. I enjoy the gym and breakfast also the pool was clean on the spot. Front desk receptionist name Zeonna was kind and very helpful when called for assistance. Highly recommend this stay was pleasant.

Nice recent furnished room, complimentary breakfast, and great services. The only part needs to be improved is the door connecting two adjacent rooms. It is not good at soundproof at all and I clearly heared a man on a phone call from the other side.

This Best Western Hotel is located near the eastern edge of Livermore, right off the 580 Freeway. It’s a modern and comfortable property with a pool, though no jacuzzi. Towels for the pool are available at reception. A complimentary breakfast is included in the stay. During breakfast, most items were available, though some required replenishment. I noticed issues with both the yogurt and the coffee machines, and also ran into problems with the toaster not staying down and tripping the ground fault interrupt circuits. Still, breakfast was adequate overall. The room itself was clean, with all utilities working properly. The provided shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were of good quality, and I experienced no plumbing issues with the sink or shower. Towels were sufficient, including face towels, which I especially appreciated. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though I would have preferred a firmer pillow, and the mattress sagged slightly. Despite those minor issues, everything worked, and nothing rose to the level of requiring a complaint to reception. Given the high costs typical of the Bay Area, I felt satisfied with the value for the price paid. Overall, it was a comfortable and reasonably priced stay, and I would return.

I booked this reservation with booking.com I had declared that I had two service animals as my partner and I are both disabled. I explained the services they provided. I asked if this would impact my reservation. They said no impact. This was a week before my check in date I had this conversation and confirmation. Day of the reservation at 4pm the hotel calls and says they will not honor my service animals and my reservation was cancelled. I was half way to the hotel when this happened.. what horrific service and lack of customer service. The degree they ruined my plans this weekend is an understatement. Regardless of the refund it's the fact they waited to the day of the reservation vs cancelling me when I first told them. Do BETTER Best Western...
