Great hotel with indoor pool and cozy indoor and outdoor lounge areas.

We stayed here for a birthday trip and initially had a difficult start. Shortly after checking in, we discovered gnats throughout our room, including in the bed, which was very distressing and not acceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. The front desk did move us to a different room, and later offered additional Honors points, which we appreciated. That said, the situation significantly disrupted our comfort and what was meant to be a special stay. I hope management continues to address sanitation issues promptly so future guests don’t experience the same problem.

Great stop over hotel on the way to Southern California. We arrived very late, but the front desk gentleman was friendly and courteous. The hotel is immaculate, the bed was soft, shower water pressure perfect, and all around quiet. Breakfast looked good but we are not Diamond members so it does have a cost. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was polite and very helpful, building and room were clean + modern.

The hotel was ok. It was a clean facility but the hallways by the rooms smelled very mildewy and wet. There was no free breakfast, they charged $12 for the cereal/bagel continental breakfast most places give for free. The cool to order meals (breakfast lunch and dinner) were astronomically priced. That alone is a good enough reason for me not to book in the future.

If they are not going to keep coffee out they need to fix the coffee maker in the store. It was broken the entire time I was here. Some more things to drink without sugar would be great also. The restaurant is closed Friday through Sunday. Don't advertise a restaurant that won't be open for most of my visit. Bar wasn't open either. If you advertise things they should be open.

Great location for an overnight on out roadtrip. They are pet friendly, have nice clean rooms & fresh towels, all other amenities are ip to par. highly recommend.

The main reason we chose this hotel was because of the restaurant, bar and room service on site. This wasn't the case at all. I was told at check in that breakfast was included in room service. The next morning I called to order breakfast and was told that it isn't included, I had to go downstairs to order and bring it back to my room. A few nights later, I called to order dinner with room service. I was told the restaurant and bar was closed because there wasn't enough guests. So, basically, out of my 5 days staying there, the restaurant and bar were closed 75 to 100 percent of my stay. Don't advertise having a restaurant, bar and room service if that's not the case. When I went down to order breakfast, I was told it was $6 to use a plate, a banana was $1.50, they nickel and dime you for food that is subpar. They advertise a yogurt bowl with fruit, granola, etc. I received a bowl filled with sour Greek yogurt, a tablespoon size of sour berries, it was disgusting and cost over $15! The bathroom and room were dirty, no ventilation at all in the bathroom. With no fan, the bathroom steamed up showering and smelled after using, disgusting. The last 2 nights we were there, there was a huge wedding party all roomed upstairs by my room. Yelling, banging, screaming all night until 4 a.m., why weren't they all roomed on the first floor together? You obviously had rooms, you told me you were low capacity for the restaurant being closed. The front desk during the day, a female was rude and no customer service as well as Valerie. I had to call for some type of reimbursement from Gidget the manager and all she offered was our last night to be credited? Are you kidding? No restaurant, bar or room service and that's what she offered. I tried to tell her more of our experience there and I couldn't get a word in. We will absolutely NEVER stay there or at any Hilton again. This hotel ruined our vacation.

Rooms were updated and clean. The lobby area near the restaurant was under construction.

No complaints - very clean and very good service...just nothing special, which was perfect for a business trip.
