Room is decent. Maid takes care of the bathroom and bed daily. Jacuzzi has mold around the tile and hasnt been cleaned the week and a half ive been here. They instead flood it with chlorine so i have to shower after the jacuzzi. Also the sauna has been broken down the whole time. TV doesnt link with my Roku and staff couldnt help. Decided to take it upon myself to get a pumice stone and clean the jacuzzi June 20th Sat since I never heard back from management. Check the next 3 photos

Website states pet friendly and allows for reservation of room w/o pet information. I called to verify and was told it was $25 first night then $75 a night thereafter. For an 8 day stay, this adds up. 4 week kitten doesn't take up that much room, in a room I'm already renting. No thank you. Reservation cancelled.

I would not advise anyone to stay at this location. It has roaches, mice everywhere, rats, the management is cruel and doesn't, does not need to be managing any Hotel. He is very very devilish. I have been pushed to where I have legal action against that hotel. I stayed there for 1 year and a half. Horrible horrible service and conditions. 2 of the front desk clerks were very very kind he know I'm speaking about him. Hello my friend. All the housekeepers are kind. The manager treats his staff like slaves. Please ? please stay at the Laquinta Hotel in Pleasanton CA, much nicer and up to date. No rodent's crawling around. Brand new.

I've always liked staying at la quinta. They have a sauna, a swimming pool and a hot tub.But unfortunately, the sauna and hot tub are not working properly today. However, it is still a great place to stay real quiet. Great breakfast and great service.

This location is beyond wonderful. Amazing staff, clean clean clean,ample parking. Just amazing. After a long drive we were greeted with a smile even in the middle of the night. Check in was so easy and quick. We had a reservation. Waking up to a great breakfast and coffee. Customer service is top notch! If you are coming to this area drive a few extra miles and stay here. A little oasis.

The room was spacious clean and had a convenient plug in the lamp with the plug for The Apple phone.The breakfast in the morning was very good between 6:30 to 9:00 am I recommended this to my daughter’s family in December

This was my first time here. I like that its secluded location. Quiet at night. Although guests make too much noise close to bed time. Because they are coming out, closing doors, etc. but i always put music for my son so he doesn’t hear all that noise. It’s better than the last hotel I stayed in at Santa Rosa. Clean room but my son’s socks got dirty so it’s not fully clean I guess. But it’s definitely cleaner than the last hotel I stayed at. I love the bed. Everything was comfortable and good for me. We only stayed one night with my son. Would I stay here again if I wanted to. Yes I would. Do I recommend, Yes I do. Customer service is wonderful, they attend you very well and very welcoming.

Great place for its price. Deluxe Rooms are equipped with microwave, coffee pot, fridge, shampoo and shower gel, all necessities. Decent breakfast with waffles, fruits, cornflakes, juice, coffee, eggs and sausages. Friendly staff.

Although La Quinta may not be a luxurious 5 STAR resort, this La Quinta deserves a 5 STAR Google rating for acting like one! This room was booked for me during a business trip, so I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I arrived. Happy to say, however, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is meticulously clean, the staff were all helpful, professional and pleasant to talk to, the beds are super comfortable, they have a nice breakfast in the mornings, and they offer an indoor pool and fitness center to boot! Pleased with the entire experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Stopped here on a roadtrip to the Redwoods with our two dogs. Nice location (distance) from LA to break up the trip. The parking was plentiful and well lit. Hotel was as expected, though we liked the snack/food amenities provided. We checked in VERY late and missed the note on the front door to ring for someone.. so we waited bit to get our room, but everything worked out just fine. Room was large, clean, and did the job. :) Always appreciate a room with a fridge! Close to gas stations and a Starbucks.
