The Quality Inn & Suites receives mixed reviews, with some guests highlighting comfortable and recently renovated rooms, while others express significant concerns about deceptive booking practices and issues with accessibility and maintenance. Recent reviews indicate improvements in room quality and service, but persistent problems remain.
I ordered a room and cancelled it 5 minutes later... They took my money even though I did not use the room, never checked in or stayed. They stoled from me THEIVES! Dishonest liars!!
They turned my bed and gave me new towels after the first day. You'd think that would be bare minimum for a hotel but man, so many 3 stars lack even that. Amazing hotel, great prices. Would stay again.
Don’t reserve a room at this place, just call ahead and pay when you get there. Waste of time and gas. I’m glad I was able to get a room somewhere else last minute (luckily), but the 100 dollar security deposit their website didn’t mention? Yeah I’m good, just paid 89 at a different hotel and got free breakfast. Whoever the manager is, yuck ??
Super nice, comfortable room. Easy, friendly check in experience. Reserved thru 3rd party and we don't always get a nice room, not this time! So nice and quiet!!
Very close to where we wanted to go . The room was clean, bed so comfortable we overslept so missed breakfast. This is a great value location. Checking in was exceptional.
My experience was not good. Arrived in a wheelchair van for a child in a wheelchair only to find that all handicapped parking were taken. Two spots were taken by staff with NO handicap placards shown in the cars. We had reserved a wheelchair accessible room so they knew we would arrive and didn't offer to move their car so we could have a handicap spot to deploy the ramp. We had to deploy the ramp and unload unsafely in the middle of the parking lot. We arrived at 11pm and were tired from a long drive. This is unacceptable we have enough to worry about when traveling with a disabled child.
The room is clean and spacious! The washroom looked like it just got renovated. I think it is one of the best rooms i’ve had at this price point near San Francisco during my travel.
There’s no gym, jacuzzi, and breakfast is not good. It was served cold and there’s no much. I needed a good price for a long stay, and I got it, but I expected more from the hotel. But you can’t find much more for the same price, so it’s fair I guess.
I stayed at this hotel a couple times during my visit with my Mom who was in hospice. The first guy name Sandie was at the front desk. He was helpful, polite and accommodating. Thank you Sandie for your hospitality! Both times the rooms were about the same clean, modern, spacious bathrooms. The room in the front had a beautiful Mountain View but if you’re trying to nap in the day be prepared to hear noise from cars and people. Bring ear plugs if you’re placed in the front. The second time I requested for a room on the ends and it was less noisy. The breakfast was a nice selection of waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels and muffins. Close to coffee, winery and restaurants. I’d stay again if I need to come back.
