This is the best hotel in Livermore. We got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with full kitchen, free parking, and free breakfast. The hot tub and poolside fire pit were awesome for hanging out with our friends. You can BBQ out there too. Jackie is so nice! They'll give a n early check in and ate checkout too if you ask! Stay here if you're in Livermore.

Noor was so helpful and kind. These suites are a 10/10 for the price. Relaxing in the hot tub by myself was amazing. I will be back in the future

I only gave four stars because I've only stayed here one night. The room I got wasn't worth the money and I was greatly disappointed. But everyone was sold out from the holiday at that time. So maybe it was all that was left and I got the bottom of the barrel. I have heard they do have nice rooms here. The issues with my room were as fallows. The rooms phone didn't work. It was hard to find a channel that came in good on the TV. The refrigerator didn't work and lastly the blow dryer didnt work. It was also a bummer that they ended breakfast so early too, 9:30am. A lot of hotels, keeping the late risers in mind, they serve breakfast until 10:30am sometimes 11:00am. Other then that the place was clean and quiet. Late checkout can be at 1pm if you call the front desk and request it, that was cool. They offer full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Not to take home of course but it was all good quality. I will stay here again to give it another chance. Make sure I get a different room and when I do I'll update my review.

Got kitchenette room,it was nice they provided with all cooking utilities but the oven didn't work

We stayed for one night and we ere very happy with our room. This place clearly used to be apartments that have been made into a hotel. My wife had a medical appointment in the area we needed to check in early and they were more than accommodating. Our room was large and had nice kitchen as advertised. We did come across two large spiders as others have posted. We murdered them quickly which wasn't.a big deal for us since we come from the mountains and deal with spiders all the time. Other than that the room was clean and area was quite. We enjoyed the pool and hot tube which were clean and well maintained. The big down for us was the AC was not strong enough to circulate air threw our room. We opened the door and that was big help. We would stay again as it was a good price and roomy with good customer service. Breakfast was also good!

This place is horrible. I made a reservation and was unable to go on my trip because my wife came down with the flu. I understand that I had picked a rate that didn't allow cancellations. When I called them I learned that they had made two reservations and they charged me for BOTH.... When I called back to explain that I didn't make two reservations they refused to refund the second reservation. I will never stay there again....

This bar non one of my favorite places to stay. Nothing like a hotel. It carries very roomy homelike feeling. I would recommend this place to both friends and family. they have a verity of different rooms to meet your needs.

FANTASTIC!! We stayed here for almost 2 months, for work. The amenities are plenty. Basketball court, pool, hot tub, and a very clean laundry room. The grounds are nice and clean. The room was huge and clean, great kitchen with everything you need to cook. It’s quiet and the front desk staff were so helpful and friendly! The housekeeping staff is top notch!! We hated having to leave. We will stay here when work brings us back to the area!! THANK YOU SENS.

STAY AWAY... ( *Response to owner's response added at the end ) My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for several weeks until we discovered a SPIDER INFESTATION in our room. Initially, we noticed a single spider every few days, which we killed. However, over a few days, we killed three spiders together. A few more days passed, and we killed a fourth one. Then my girlfriend mentioned, "I forgot to say, I killed a couple when you were out," which reminded me I also killed a couple one day she was visiting family. We realized between us it was more like 10 SPIDERS in too short a timespan to be normal. So I went looking - Found them BEHIND ALMOST EVERY OUT-OF-SIGHT AREA. Inside lampshades, behind curtains, behind nightstand - less than a foot away from me sleeping. - I have images. - I have video. - I found 10 other reviews posted over the last two years on Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Kayak mentioning either insects or rodents. - One guest accused the hotel of having bed bugs. The hotel's response was that they don't have bed bugs, only "spiders and beetles."....WHAT?! So, don't fool yourself with "WeLL yoU STaYed HerE So LoNg..." Yes, we tolerated the occasional spider, but once we discovered there were MANY more hiding behind furniture and curtains, we left IMMEDIATELY. These webs weren't new. They were thick, layered. I slept inches away from 2 spiders behind the nightstand. Hotel's stance I guess is "BuT TheY DiDNt BiTe YoU" So I demanded a refund. CA law states any place with "infestation of insects, vermin, or rodents" is not legal to rent out. There's nothing to debate - it wasn't legal to rent out - period. I WAS WAY TOO NICE and even offered to let them keep $1500 of what I paid and put that towards fixing the problem. Guess what the manager said??? My claim had "NO MERIT." WHAT!? - Despite photo and video evidence. - Despite their own staff mentioning spiders in the rooms, as I mentioned above. - ANOTHER guest who was there the same time, different room also complained of spiders, its here on google too. The hotel replied, saying they would work with their "maintenance department and a third-party pest control company." Interesting... so they're calling the pest control company to say, "We don't need you"...because they told me my claims had "no merit." ..how would you address an issue that had "no merit"? You'd do nothing. SO BEWARE: I was the second person to complain about spiders that week, to them it's no big deal, so they're doing NOTHING about it. What complete MISMANAGEMENT, and AWFUL decision making. Truthful reviews from me and others will cost them *WAY MORE* than a refund and addressing the issue. A true failure in leadership. How could anyone just dismiss something so serious? Does he think "HEY Buddy - Some people like spiders!" ? ...or "Haven't you heard of SPIDER MAN? He's a HERO, have some respect!" ...I have no idea. Not even once do I mention lawyers, a lawsuit, or court. What the hell. I wrote a long, EXTREMLY detailed account- you must get SO MANY complaints you quickly scanned it, assumed its another lawsuit threat. CA Health / Safety Code isn't confusing: a room w/ an "insect infestation" cannot legally be rented out to people. ^ EVERYONE NOTE THAT HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THIS!! I said I demanded a refund in my own post, you coming here to say that does NOT make you look good, or me look bad. Wow, you ACTUALLY don't understand that ANYONE READING THIS would say I'm owed a FULL REFUND. Yep - a $5k refund would leave you OVER $1500 - I was being WAY TOO NICE. That's more than enough to cover any expenses (power, water, breakfast) and let you quietly resolve the problem - any QUALIFIED manger would be THANKING ME for offering this. So of course when I see you FAILING TO UNDERSTAND what would be simple, and obvious to anyone else - I feel OBLIGATED to WARN PEOPLE.

My then fiancé (now husband) and I booked a block of rooms at SenS Suites for our wedding guests on the weekend of 4/20/2024. We were in contact with Nicole who was very communicative and accommodating. As wedding date got closer, she would update us on how many people have booked under our rate. When we arrived the day before our wedding, she was even hanging up a welcome sign for those who booked to stay at the hotel with us. Nicole also gave us recommendations of nearby bars open late that we could take out after wedding party to. Myself and my guests were surprised to find the rooms were very spacious and clean! One of my guests even said he could live there because it reminded him of a mini house! Lol. I did enjoy that every room had a full on kitchen! Although I didn’t not get to use all the amenities, SenS Suites did have pool, hot tub, basketball court and more! They are also pet friendly, it was nice to bring our fur babe with us! Also, breakfast in the morning was filling and a nice start to our day. Thank you Nicole and SenS Suites staff for making us feel at home during our stay! If we’re in town again, I would for sure book with y’all!
