Used an expiring free night. Ended up being very surprised! Room was spacious & clean. Loved that it has a full size fridge, oven & microwave. Also love shower stall. Staff was very friendly. Check in was quick & efficient. Had to walk up 1 flight of stairs, but i only brought backpack, so easy easy. Breakfast choices might have been better - perhaps larger fruit selection. But, there was oatmeal & scrambled eggs. I finished entire breakfast. I was very happy with free parking. Hope they start putting in chargers soon. Only downside: exterior could use a serious power washing. Other than that, I would absolutely stay here again & would recommend to others.

Mattress sinks as if no spring, super thin wall,old building, constantly hear people coming in and out talking shutting all night, someone blasting music in the parking out for hours finally stopped when it rain, shower started dripping because neighbors used shower, heard a neighbor snore. Basically a motel that looks better. Picture shows some spider web ish thing hanging. Definitely not coming back again

I stayed here a few months because of a work assignment. Nice overall quiet facility but needs some updating. Service was good and overall long term stay here was enjoyable. Had to find somewhere else to stay because they stop offering government rates.

An uninterrupted loud party went on until after 10:30 pm. No one from the staff addressed the noise. People allowed barking dogs. The party of adults and children were in the pool late and they kept running up and down the stairs. I have stayed there before and did not have the same problem.

Extremely convenient location near my training site. Nice rooms, comfy bed and furniture. Impressed the rooms had kitchens with full stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Staff were friendly and helpful, including when I needed to call the front desk for a outlet issue.

This is a fantastic place. We used it for familiy trip to The San Francisco area. Big 2 bedroom apartement. Very clean and very friendly place/staff. Omelet bar is a nice touch on the breakfast that includes hot waffles as well. The pool is (very) heated making it SO useful with kids. The BART ride foir the city center is easy. We would stay here again for sure

I stayed out here 4 weeks for work each room had different amenities. For instance. One had a cutting bored the other 3 didn't. Breakfast was mediocre at best the same nasty sausage patties everyday. It seems like it was a nice hotel maybe 15 years ago but have done little maintenance or up keep. My first room the the drain in the shower didn't drain my second room was pretty tore up with the carpet coming up and all sorts of other things. The third wasn't to bad.

The rooms here are spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable suite set up. Everything is in good shape. Wifi speeds are underwhelming but capable enough for light work. Occasional morning noise from trash trucks for outer units. Very easy to recommend overall and the price is right, especially as a service member.

I would agree with others that this did not live up to the Hyatt name as I would have expected. At check-in, we learned there were no elevators, and there were no first floor rooms available which was difficult for us traveling with my mother. I do not remember seeing this pertinent information upon booking, although it may have been there. We also requested a pack-n-play at booking. When we got to our room, there was not one. I called the desk and they promptly delivered one. However, it was filthy - crumbs everywhere, colored on and ripped on the side. It also would not set up properly. I requested a second one. It was also promptly delivered, and although it was cleaner - it also did not set up. Now as a mom of 3, I am not completely ignorant of the sequence needed for pack-n-plays but it would not set up. For the sake of getting my child to bed, I drove to Walmart and bought a pack-n-play that set up the first time I tried it. After he was asleep, I took the 2nd pack-n-play back down the the front desk and asked if they could show me how to set it up, if I was missing something in the sequence and they laughed it off saying, "I could never get these things to work." I know it was not his fault, but it was pretty frustrating not having what I needed to get my baby to sleep after a long day of traveling. The room itself was dated. The paint in the bathrooms was chipping and a different color than the rest of the place, as if it was in the middle of a remodel. The carpet was dingy and stained, mismatched from where they had patched in repairs. It has the potential to be such a great property but seems they are not following through on the finer details, which is disappointing for the price.

Absolutely love this hotel. Feels like an apartment staff is absolutely amazing especially “LINA” she definitely needs a raise. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and loved the variety of food. Definitely recommend my family had a blast and we ended up extending our stay.
