My husband and I visited to see family and we had a pleasant time here at the Hyatt House! PARKING Lots of parking around the property— no overnight fee! I appreciated that there were spots just right in front of our room. SERVICE We opted to not receive room service so I can’t attest to its quality. However, our check in and check out processes went smoothly. Very quiet, no complaints of noise around us. ROOMS We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite which was plenty of space for just the two of us. Ours was located on the second floor and I didn’t look too hard but there weren’t elevators around— just a heads up for those who might need one. The two rooms and two bathrooms were spacious. The living room had a pull out couch. There was a booth dining table that seats 4 and the desk worked perfectly for my husband who needed to work. Each room also had their own desks. The kitchen was equipped with a stove, microwave, and fridge— ample for anyone who has to stay for a longer period of time. I always appreciate when hotel rooms have a full body mirror, so thank you for having one. AMENITIES We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but we were impressed with the gym! It had 3 treadmills, 1 Peloton, 2 ellipticals, and 1 low bike. They also had medicine balls and dumbbells, but no bench or barbells. Unfortunately, the temperature inside was locked so it got warm pretty fast. BREAKFAST I appreciated their made-to-order omelets on top of their regular continental breakfast which included eggs, bacon, waffles, and fruits. There were plenty of seats in the lobby with TVs around. OVERALL I would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Pleasanton! Great value for its price.

Highly recommend Hyatt House Pleasanton (off Chabot) for corporate events. We used them for a two day company conference and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The rooms were great, and the AV and IT setup was seamless and easy to use throughout the event. Special thanks to Maria, who planned our event from start to finish and was onsite the entire time to make sure everything went off without a hitch. The in house catering was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of service we received. Would absolutely book here again for future company events!!

Friendly staff, smooth check-in. Stayed in 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Clean rooms and kitchen supplies. Stayed in third floor using stairs. Breakfast is okay, coffee reasonably strong, very good made to order omelets by friendly Kimberly. Wished they had more fruit offerings though. Swimming pool still closed, but the courtyard where people can gather is nice with seating areas. There is a basketball court and small gym, in-house laundry area. We had our breakfast by patio enjoying the sun. Would stay again.

The rooms are well-maintained. The kitchen is equipped well enough. Climate control is good. Front desk experience is fast and efficient. Breakfast is decent. Sound insulation could be better. Overall a good value and good experience.

Feels like a Hawaii resort in Pleasanton! ??? What could be more perfect than sitting by the pool at the Hyatt House in Pleasanton, soaking up the gorgeous California sunshine? Starting the morning here feels like being at a high-end resort in Hawaii. The amenities are fantastic, from the relaxing hot tub to the incredible breakfast experience. They offer an all-you-can-eat breakfast complete with delicious, made-to-order custom omelettes. It’s the ultimate way to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather right in the city. If you're looking for a stay that feels like a true vacation, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! If the mattress can be newer and firm that will be perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my kids for 5 nights, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel has a great location with a very pleasant atmosphere that made our family trip comfortable and relaxing. The room was very clean and spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The front desk staff were very nice, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with many good options every morning. We also loved the spa and swimming pool — both were very clean and well maintained. My kids especially enjoyed the basketball court, and I really appreciated the nice gym facilities. The hotel also has a beautiful bar, a large meeting hall, guest laundry services, fire safety systems, and many other excellent facilities. Everything was organized perfectly, making the hotel feel complete in every way. Overall, this is a fully equipped hotel with amazing services and facilities. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for one week. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a long stay. The A/C worked perfectly throughout my stay. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Every morning, the breakfast was fresh and delicious with great options. The swimming pool and hot tub/spa area were very clean and relaxing. Every day I stayed here, I felt comfortable and refreshed. If I visit this area again in the future, I would love to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Pleasant stay at Hyatt House Pleasanton, no pun intended! The staff were wonderful and friendly, the rooms were immaculate, and the breakfast was tasty. I stayed here for a week for work and would gladly come back again.

Used an expiring free night. Ended up being very surprised! Room was spacious & clean. Loved that it has a full size fridge, oven & microwave. Also love shower stall. Staff was very friendly. Check in was quick & efficient. Had to walk up 1 flight of stairs, but i only brought backpack, so easy easy. Breakfast choices might have been better - perhaps larger fruit selection. But, there was oatmeal & scrambled eggs. I finished entire breakfast. I was very happy with free parking. Hope they start putting in chargers soon. Only downside: exterior could use a serious power washing. Other than that, I would absolutely stay here again & would recommend to others.

Mattress sinks as if no spring, super thin wall,old building, constantly hear people coming in and out talking shutting all night, someone blasting music in the parking out for hours finally stopped when it rain, shower started dripping because neighbors used shower, heard a neighbor snore. Basically a motel that looks better. Picture shows some spider web ish thing hanging. Definitely not coming back again
