The rooms are well-maintained. The kitchen is equipped well enough. Climate control is good. Front desk experience is fast and efficient. Breakfast is decent. Sound insulation could be better. Overall a good value and good experience.

Starting the morning here feels like being at a high-end resort in Hawaii. The amenities are fantastic, from the relaxing hot tub to the incredible breakfast experience. They offer an all-you-can-eat breakfast complete with delicious, made-to-order custom omelettes. It’s the ultimate way to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather right in the city. If you're looking for a stay that feels like a true vacation, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! If the mattress can be newer and firm that will be perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my kids for 5 nights, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel has a great location with a very pleasant atmosphere that made our family trip comfortable and relaxing. The room was very clean and spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The front desk staff were very nice, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with many good options every morning. We also loved the spa and swimming pool — both were very clean and well maintained. My kids especially enjoyed the basketball court, and I really appreciated the nice gym facilities. The hotel also has a beautiful bar, a large meeting hall, guest laundry services, fire safety systems, and many other excellent facilities. Everything was organized perfectly, making the hotel feel complete in every way. Overall, this is a fully equipped hotel with amazing services and facilities. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for one week. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a long stay. The A/C worked perfectly throughout my stay. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Every morning, the breakfast was fresh and delicious with great options. The swimming pool and hot tub/spa area were very clean and relaxing. Every day I stayed here, I felt comfortable and refreshed. If I visit this area again in the future, I would love to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Pleasant stay at Hyatt House Pleasanton, no pun intended! The staff were wonderful and friendly, the rooms were immaculate, and the breakfast was tasty. I stayed here for a week for work and would gladly come back again.

Used an expiring free night. Ended up being very surprised! Room was spacious & clean. Loved that it has a full size fridge, oven & microwave. Also love shower stall. Staff was very friendly. Check in was quick & efficient. Had to walk up 1 flight of stairs, but i only brought backpack, so easy easy. Breakfast choices might have been better - perhaps larger fruit selection. But, there was oatmeal & scrambled eggs. I finished entire breakfast. I was very happy with free parking. Hope they start putting in chargers soon. Only downside: exterior could use a serious power washing. Other than that, I would absolutely stay here again & would recommend to others.

Mattress sinks as if no spring, super thin wall,old building, constantly hear people coming in and out talking shutting all night, someone blasting music in the parking out for hours finally stopped when it rain, shower started dripping because neighbors used shower, heard a neighbor snore. Basically a motel that looks better. Picture shows some spider web ish thing hanging. Definitely not coming back again

I stayed here a few months because of a work assignment. Nice overall quiet facility but needs some updating. Service was good and overall long term stay here was enjoyable. Had to find somewhere else to stay because they stop offering government rates.

An uninterrupted loud party went on until after 10:30 pm. No one from the staff addressed the noise. People allowed barking dogs. The party of adults and children were in the pool late and they kept running up and down the stairs. I have stayed there before and did not have the same problem.

Extremely convenient location near my training site. Nice rooms, comfy bed and furniture. Impressed the rooms had kitchens with full stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Staff were friendly and helpful, including when I needed to call the front desk for a outlet issue.
