The Hampton Inn Livermore consistently receives positive feedback, particularly regarding its staff and convenient location near Livermore and Lawrence Livermore Lab. While some recent guests experienced issues with bed bugs and insensitive service, the majority highlight the friendly, efficient staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast.
I stayed at this hotel during several business trips during the past eight months. I was very pleased with the room and the entire property. The front desk staff were efficient and very friendly.
Staff was excellent! Some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I travel here for work monthly and every time, the staff have been so welcoming and accommodating.
Amazing stay while working at Livermore. This hotel was a million times better than the luxury hotel next to the San Francisco airport called Winston.
Great location and it was quiet. The room was clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay.
If you have a service animal, don't come here. If you want to sleep with bed bugs please come. I just got off the phone with your current supervisor because I found bed bug in the sheets. I don't really care what kind of bug this is because bug is a bug. Out of hundreds of Hilton locations I've stayed at bug in the comforter is unacceptable. What is also unacceptable is the demeanor for the supervisor. He asked I only have 2 choice move to different room or change the sheets myself. I told him upon checking in, I had to drive 10 hours today and will be driving another 12 so I need a good night sleep. Well that is not what happened. I am truly disappointed about the way situation was handled as finding a bug in the bed at Hilton hotel. Also, he asked when delivering the sheets if I have a pet at 10:35pm. I made it very clear when booking where I toggled the key that saids, " traveling with service animal". He asked me that and I told him he was a service animal. But again, this is extremely triggering and disrespectful. I was lost for words that he had the audacity after this rude incident to pick on something like that. He said he can't see that. I told him when I booked it, I put that on the reservation. As Hilton Gold member, I don't think such demeanor or bed bugs are acceptable in any shape or form or for him to pick on something that he thought was appropriate. The system should show so if he was that ignorant to check that's on him because I was very clear when I booked it.
Stayed here for 5 days while my husband worked on a project at Lawrence Livermore Lab. I have a remote job so I worked in the room throughout the trip. The higher speed wifi was worth the small fee. The daily breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The hot dishes changed daily and includeed omelettes, sausages, bacon, roasted potatoes, freshly made oatmeal and two waffle options plus pastries and cereal. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Above all else, every staff person we encountered was friendly, efficient, and had a sincere smile. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!
I stayed here for one night and the place is "immaculate" clean, with an excellent location, a delicious breakfast included, and exceptional service. The only issue was that I requested a room away from noise because I have trouble sleeping, but I was given one right next to the electrical room. I asked for earplugs and the front desk provided them, but the noise was so intense that I still couldn’t get proper rest. That said, this is more of a personal issue, most people can sleep through white noise, but for me, it has the opposite effect. Back to the room itself: it was spacious, with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a door, closet, TV, refrigerator, microwave, and a small beverage cooler. Highly recommended!
Conveniently close to the highway, but far enough to be quiet. Lots of places to eat in the area. I very much enjoyed the included breakfast, which was fresh and better than many hotels. The room was quite nice. A very good value overall.
The room was okay. What you'd expect in that price range. I did, however, feel the hotel is misleading by advertising EV charging. Every hotel that I've stayed at before has free EV charging when listed in amenities. This one, however, charges you for charging. It is best to stay across the street at the Home2Suites that actually has free EV charging if you drive an EV.
Nice stay. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Potatoes, sausage, premade omelets, fruit cups, yogurt, fresh fruit (oranges and apples), make your own waffle with regular or red velvet options. There were cereals also but I didn't look at that area. I did see small cream cheeses so there must have been bread and a toaster. I also loved that they had the women's professional soccer league playing on the TV! Front desk was great! Ray in particular was very knowledge and helped me use my Hilton gift cards as payment with no issue. We got two bottles of water at check in for being Hilton honors and there are 5 diamond parking spaces near the front.
