I stayed here on Feb 7 2026 and the biggest issue was the guest laundry facility that it was effectively unusable. The washing machine’s spin function was broken, and there was no warning sign. I only discovered it after paying ($2 per wash) and completing the wash, when my clothes came out soaking wet. A dryer only works if clothes are properly spun first, so the failure at the washer stage made everything after it a waste. Because I needed the clothes for the next day, I had no choice but to keep trying. I paid $2 per dryer cycle, ran one cycle but still very wet. Ran a second cycle, still very wet. I then had to hand-wring the clothes (exhausting and still not enough), tried the dryer again, and even after another cycle, the clothes were still damp. At that point it was already late at night and I had spent around three hours just trying to dry clothes because the hotel equipment didn’t work. I ended up carrying wet clothes back to my room and spreading them across chairs and tables. The next morning they were still not dry, and I had to keep rotating items over the AC vent (limited space) throughout the entire next day. The money is small, but the inconvenience and disruption were huge. This is a basic amenity issue: equipment should be functional, and if it isn’t, guests should be warned before they pay and lose hours of their time.

They need to have rooms checked better before allowing new guests in. The TV cable was broken and the USB ports were as well. Otherwise it was okay.

Solid holiday inn. Standard layout of what they all are built like. Big clean rooms. Old school floor/wall mounted heater / AC unit. Nice lobby, free breakfast. Ok parking. Nice staff.

I checked in late night with Ryan and had an excellent experience. I was just passing through, but I would definitely stay again. Clean room, cold A/C, hot shower.

Best hotel I have stayed at for a long while. Like most places I've stayed at, there are subtle maintenance issues like worn out fixtures and TV is flaky. The noise level from other guest rooms and traffic was not the greatest. However, the rooms are and lobby are very clean. The design and layout is great. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and offers a big selection. Most importantly, the concierge is extremely friendly and helpful.

Probably the best HI Express hotel property that my wife & I have ever visited. Location is very convenient to I-580 access (without the freeway noise), as well as to the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station and to Livermore attractions. The facility is well maintained, inside & out. The Front Desk & Housekeeping staff were all friendly and professional. Our room & the public spaces were clean and attractively decorated. The daily breakfast buffet was HIE standard, but the service & products & table cleanup kept up with the morning guest traffic thanks to the friendly attendant Marlene. She was always quick to offer greetings & help with guest food handling & checking to see if everyone was satisfied with their meals. Over-and-above, Marlene graciously agreed to snap photos of our party-of-5 which included our friends who were visiting California from the UK. She was the icing on the Cinnamon Rolls for our 4-night stay @ Holiday Inn Express & Suites Livermore.

I really like the area as a nice escape from home. Susan and the GM are always very welcoming, making sure I get a room fit for my needs. Have been coming consistently for the last few months, their hospitality has stayed the same through out.

Do not stay here! I found hair all over the bedding and bath towels. When I asked for a refund I was refused, lied to, and dodged by the manager for a whole month. IHG and himself ultimately made it my fault. Unreal service to a rewards member at that! Truly sad, and after all the lies and refusals he put me on a no rent list. Pretty hilarious. Stay at this property if you love being treated like garbage.

We work at different small airports all around nor cal and usually stay at Holiday Inn express. We like the quick breakfast before rolling to work in the mornings. This Location is by far our favorite. This facility is Always Clean and Friendly and the Area Feels Safe. The rooms and lobby areas are clean and comfortable. Susanne the manager Always greets us by name and Marline who Runs the Breakfast Bar is Amazing ? She Always keeps the bar Stocked, helps Clear tables and regularly and Checks on the Guests to see if they Need Anything. I'm not a big reviewer, but these folks deserve Recognition!! GREAT JOB ?!

A bed bug ? is a big no no for me. Idc how nice the rooms are and or anything. Bed bugs is a health matter issue for me and my family. DO NOT COME HERE
