I truly love staying at the Pleasanton Marriott. They always accommodate my mobile check in. The property is well kept, the beds are top notch and the service is the best. Byron at check-in is very welcoming and polite. I rather stay here and drive further into work than to stay closer to the office! Highly Recommend.

Stayed here while on a business trip. The rooms are fine, but the whole place is kinda dated, and could really use a renovation. Service is top notch! Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, I really liked the lounge, there were always nice beverage and snack options available there. Would be nice if there was an option for custom hit breakfast for elites, like some other places offer. Very convenient location, would stay at again if I am in the area.

I rent three rooms and stayed there with my family. Checking in was fast and easy and the staff were very friendly and nice. All the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was located in a secluded and safe location.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Pleasanton with my fiancé, and we were genuinely impressed by how warm and attentive the entire team was throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, which set a great tone for the stay. The hotel is well?maintained, easy to navigate, and offers a relaxing environment, but it’s the people who truly elevate the experience. Their hospitality made our stay feel effortless and enjoyable, and it’s the reason we’ll absolutely return the next time we’re in the area. The M Club is well stocked with decent food and beverage options throughout the day.

Love coming to this Marriott location! The staff is amazing with every interaction, the location is clean, safe and easily accessible from anywhere. They always greet our dog, Leo, who also loves coming here for the extra love and attention. The rooms are clean and quiet and the service at the lounge is top notch.

Lorenzo from the shuttle service was super excellent to us during our stay!!! He helped me get information on a return for one of my purchases. He went out of his way to make sure I got help and I really appreciate him for that! Hope to see him again on our next trip to Marriott in Pleasanton which is very often! Also the overall amenities are really nice! I recommend this hotel to anyone stopping by and considering the hotel. Waters at the gym, cafe service provides hot water, and microwave in the lobby for heating up food. Cleaning staff is really helpful too , I must have asked a bunch of questions while I was there.

The rooms and facilities are nice. The food at the managers welcome was a bit disappointing. Some pigs in a blanket and fried green beans. Definitely something that can be improved upon. My biggest gripe is with the workout facility. And I'm starting to notice this in multiple Marriott locations. The room freshener that they have running in there is so insultingly potent that it's difficult to breathe and without. I was able to find the fragrance machine and unplug it, but the room was already overwhelmed with the scent. I had the scent in my nose for the rest of the evening. This is what happens when someone in an office that has never set foot in a gym tries making decisions about a fitness facility. Come up with something less toxic if you're that concerned with the odor. It should be a light hint of scent. Not a slap in the face when you walk through the door.

Very nice Marriott. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nice bathroom and excellent shower. Staff is very helpful with reservations and issues. The downstairs restaurant isn't much, and the location is not great either. Still .. recommend this place.
